This program has no monetary value and cannot be used in combination with any other discount, coupon, or promotion. The Loyalty Program does not apply on holidays or special event weekends, and the Front Desk limits all coupons and certificates to 5 rooms per night. There will be a resort fee due upon check-in. All non-collected annual fees will be assessed a late fee, and after 45 days, your membership will be canceled, and you will be ineligible to join again. In addition to your account cancelation, you will be placed on our DO NOT RENT (DNR) at Brook Pointe front desk. Please bring and keep your loyalty member card for easy reference at check-in during your visit to Brook Pointe. When calling to make a stay, please always ask for your preferred loyalty booking rate. Each year we will bill your credit card on file, and our system will notify you of any error with your credit card. Please respond to us as soon as possible, so we do not interrupt any services. If you have any incarcerations on any public google site, your application will not be processed. To use the free rooms, you must have been a member for 30 days. Prepaid booking rates and rentals cannot be adjusted. This is a 1-year contract, and there will be no refunds after charged-this program auto-renews annually on January 1st. To cancel, you must contact the hotel and fill out form 1803. You must submit the cancellation form by December 1st if you wish to cancel for the following year. Brook Pointe reserves the right to change, terminate, and or modify any parts of this loyalty program at any time. Customer/Guest/User agrees to sign a 2610 General Liability Release Waiver before checking into the resort.
