“We had another absolutely wonderful stay at Brook Pointe Resort! When I realized I had accidentally booked a room that was too small, they graciously upgraded us without hesitation. The customer service is truly top-notch. Madi at the front desk is AMAZING at her job. She’s such a genuine people person and goes above and beyond to make guests feel taken care of — she absolutely deserves a raise! The upgraded pool area and zip line were huge hits, and the family rooms with double bunk beds are the perfect setup for hosting a 10-year-old sleepover party. Plenty of space, super fun, and stress-free for parents. This is our second year in a row staying here, and we’re officially making it a tradition. Already looking forward to next year! 💙.”
