Our New Robot Lawn Mower Is Finally Here!

Today we’re setting up a new Lymow robotic lawn mower at Brook Pointe Resort!

Weston is training the mower by mapping different sections of the property. Right now it isn’t actually mowing—it’s learning the layout using GPS and a positioning station.

We’re hoping this system will save us a tremendous amount of mowing time across the resort.

Previously, we used a Husqvarna 450XH robotic mower, but after dealing with repeated boundary wire issues and breaks, we decided it was time to move to a wire-free GPS system instead.

The plan is simple:

• Test this mower thoroughly.
• See how well it performs.
• If it works as expected, we’ll purchase four or five more to cover the entire Brook Pointe property.

This could be one of the biggest maintenance time-savers we’ve ever invested in.
