Body Groove
This class takes place in our meeting room. Join us every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm for a group exercise class with heart. We laugh we cheer each other on and we exercise the night away. The Body Grooves work out videos are just right for you whether you are just beginning your exercising journey or have been on the path for years. Misty Tripoli, the founder of the body groove movement, believes it is time for a conscious movement revolution and we say let's do it. Come and join us for a laid back, yet exhilarating time. This class is free to all VIP members as well as guests. If space is available others may join for a small fee, ask at the front desk for more information.

Water Aerobics
Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in a swimming pool and is a type of resistance training. Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 6:30 in the swimming pool. The Brook Pointe indoor heated salt water pool is the perfect place for this popular low resistance class. You will learn, you will exercise and you just might make a few friends. This class is free to all VIP members and hotel guests. Anyone else wishing to join the class may do so for a fee if there is availability. Stop at the front desk for more information.
