To ensure a secure and enjoyable environment, we require all guests—whether you’re staying overnight, attending a birthday party, participating in a conference, or just visiting for the day—to sign our General Liability, COVID, and Other Contagions Waiver.

The Simple Waiver Process:

There’s no need to worry about printing the Brook Pointe Liability Waiver before your arrival. We provide all necessary forms at check-in to streamline your entry. However, if you prefer to prepare in advance, you are welcome to print and fill out the waiver beforehand. Our process is designed to be seamless and efficient, ensuring that you can start enjoying your visit without any delays.

Guidelines for Minors:

It’s important to us that all our younger guests have a safe experience at Brook Pointe Resort. If a minor is visiting our property without a legal guardian for an overnight stay or for occasions such as birthday parties, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian in advance. This signed waiver must be presented upon the minor’s arrival by either the minor, the party host or the adult accompanying the minor.
