Help us decide! We are adding fake grass around the new fountain project. In the center of this picture are two samples of fake grass. The one on the left is a darker green and the one on the right is a lighter green color as it has fake “dead” grass mixed in. I put both samples on the grass next to where the fountain will be for comparison. What sample do you like better?

Pool is back open! Light has been repaired. There was a kid this weekend that decided to pry the underwater pool light off the rim. Nothing dangerous but didn’t want people to think there was an electrical issue. It was a cosmetic issue.

Brook Pointe Alcohol Survey

As many of you know we received our permit to serve Beer, Wine and Liquor this last June. We want to roll this out right and are working on it in stages. This product is a new venture for us and almost like an entire business by itself. That said we are starting slow. The first part of this product launch will be as an upgrade to our Couples Romance Package. We plan to launch the upgrades prior to end of year 2022. Brook Pointe Fountain

Starting to add gravel around the fountain today. Over the enxt several weeks we will be getting many loads of dirt delivered to raise up the fountain area. We will be adding 6 inch curbs to prevent people from driving up on the fountain area. If you noticed we removed the large rocks in preparation of this next step.

9/16/2022 – Let there be light! We now have led lights on the fountain. We are getting closer everyday!
