Waiver

The following is our General Liability, COVID and Other Contagions Waiver. All guests must sign this waiver when checking in and visiting our property including, but not limited to, birthday parties, conferences and daily passes. You do not need to print the waiver in advance, but you may do so if you would like.

If a minor will be visiting the property with out a legal guardian, such as when a minor attends a birthday party, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian in advance and either the minor or the party host must deliver the waiver to us when the minor comes on property.
