    About the Space

    Brook Pointe Resort offers a comfortable and versatile meeting room designed for productive gatherings in a quiet, distraction-free setting.

    • Seats up to 60 guests
    • Ideal for meetings, workshops, trainings, and small conferences
    • Peaceful environment suited for focused discussions
    • Available daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
    • Rentals are offered in four-hour blocks, with optional extensions (hourly rentals are not available)

    • Flexible furniture arrangement (within the room)
    • Standard room setup (Option 1 – round tables)
    To ensure the return of any cleaning deposit, guests are asked to:
    • Wipe down tables after use
    • Place all trash in the provided receptacles
    Please note: Common areas, including the pool, are not included with meeting room rentals and remain accessible to hotel guests.

    • Coffee service (per pot; regular & decaf available)
    • Water pitchers with unlimited refills
    • Soda service (per person or per pitcher)

    Booking the Brook Pointe meeting room is simple:

    • 1. Select your preferred event date and time
    • 2. Choose your rental block and any desired add-ons
    • 3. Complete the meeting room agreement
    • 4. Submit the form via email to info@brookpointeresort.com

    A member of our team will follow up to confirm availability and finalize your reservation.
