“Exceptional Stay at Brook Pointe Inn Our recent stay at the Brook Pointe Inn in Syracuse, Indiana was truly five-star, and it is all thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk team, Brittany and Kaylin, made us feel incredibly welcome. They were so friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. They truly set the tone for a wonderful weekend. We also have to give a huge shout-out to our housekeeper, Stephanie. Our room was immaculate, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Her attention to detail was amazing. It is rare to find a hotel with such a dedicated and caring team. The warmth and hospitality from Brittany, Kalyn, and Stephanie made our visit unforgettable. We cant wait to come back!” 5/5
