“I made a last minute booking and arrived very late. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was checked able to check since I was arriving well after the front desk was closed. They called and gave me very explicit and very easy insrtuctions to get into my room. Easy peasy. The place is comfy, homey and well maintained. Very much the personalized service you would expect from a well run family business. One that is focused on customer service and forming long term loyalty. I will be back!” 5/5
